U.S. citizens (and former residents of the U.S.) who are seeking an FBI History Summary (often referred to as a criminal history record) for employment or a residency/work permit in our consular district can submit a request electronically by visiting the FBI Criminal Justice Information Services website at: https://www.fbi.gov/services/cjis

Please note – the U.S. Embassy in Suva does not provide fingerprinting services for FBI Identity History Summary requests. Please download the standard fingerprint card, FD-258 and contact a local police station to make an appointment to have your fingerprints taken.
